Card or Debit Card Payments:

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Laser, Maestro, and online vouchers.

In-Store Payments: Cash and Laser are accepted.

 

Order Dispatch:

All orders are dispatched Monday to Friday between 1 pm and 4 pm. Orders placed before 2 pm on weekdays will be sent out within 2-3 days. Orders placed after 2 pm will be dispatched within 3-4 working days. Weekend orders are sent on Monday at 1 pm, or Tuesday at 1 pm for bank holiday weekends. Delivery is typically achieved within the next 2 days for 95% of cases throughout Ireland.

 

Note: Allow an extra day for shipping on bank holidays and public holidays and Good Friday, Black Friday ect

 

 

Shipping Cost:

Shipping is calculated at the checkout based on the weight of the products.

 

Shipping & Return Policy:

Notify us by email of any damage within 7 days. We offer a 14-day return policy from the day you receive your order. Returned merchandise must be unopened or with unbroken security seals. A 15% restocking fee applies unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Use sturdy packaging for returns, including the original packing slip. Obtain email authorisation from mdrnlove.com before returning items. Use recorded delivery,  returns must reach us within 7 days of authorisation. Refunds, minus shipping and any restocking fee, will be processed upon satisfactory receipt.

Return postage for damaged or faulty items, if agreed upon, will be covered by us if the lowest-cost postage method is used.

 

Out of Stock Items:

We apologise for any inconvenience. If an item is out of stock, we'll contact you to discuss handling and delivery options.

 

Privacy Policy:

Customer information is for internal use only. We do not sell this information and  endeavor to keep it private at all times. You can modify your information at any time by logging into your account.

 

Information Gathering:

Our website logs IP addresses and browser types for administration purposes only. IP addresses are used for broad demographic information but are not linked to personally identifiable details.

 

Requests for Further Information:

If you request more information, we collect your name, phone number, and comments for better understanding and prompt responses. We will never sell, rent, or trade your details to third parties.
